Earl has been a member of Newlife Outreach for 9 years, He works with the Pastoral Team to handle finances as well as chairing capital improvement projects, Earl also assists the facilitation of the church's month leadership meetings, with a focus on the philosophy of "Servant Leadership" and John Maxwell's Leadership and Teamwork Principles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems, and is also the Director of Operations at a leading manufacturing firm in Fairfield, Ohio. Earl and his wife, Evelyn have three grown children, and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
